Edel Hamill

Director of FSQ Consultancy

Edel is a BRC trained auditor and has a proven track record of exhibiting strong leadership skills, a high level of initiative, and the knowledge required to meet and exceed customer expectations. Her specialties include developing and managing Food Safety & Quality Management Systems in line with Irish & UK retailers, regulatory & 3rd party requirements.

Edel has over 15 years experience working in various food sectors such as bakery, ready meals, desserts, sandwiches, and dairy. While working within many blue-chip organizations in Ireland she has become known for her practical approach to Food Safety & Quality management systems; ultimately ensuring all systems are simplified and standardised.

Edel has also assisted several non-food-related businesses to improve their data management systems and maintain their accreditations such as IS0 14001:2015.

Edel is not only educated and trained but also passionate about working with companies to add value, provide solutions and ensure compliance with customer and legal requirements.
